A Framework for Developing a Rural Community Based Around Celebration

A group of friends with families from the city got together and bought a 100-acre rural property in northern Nova Scotia. The group shares an interest in creating an intentional community based on ecological living and alternative land-ownership.  Each family is financially independent, except that they negotiate the use of the common land.
